The pictures are edited and the home does not look like the pictures My family was barely able to stay at the home as they had to come clean it twice and change the air filters. “I was so pleased with our visit to Geneseo, which was made all the more excellent with our stay at this house. The property is close to downtown and a comfortable walk to the SUNY Geneseo campus. The property is truly wonderful, with a classic appearance with a porch. The interior is also beautiful, made more so by display of some of the owner's artwork. “We absolutely loved all the rooms. The kitchen was well outfitted. The community gathering spaces were perfect for the family to gather and support in small groups and large. The home was clean and well appointed. My suggestion would be a bit more work on curb and yard appeal. The weather was perfect for use of the fire pit. We had a great visit. “There were three adults in our party so the house was a perfect size for us. The space is well laid out and the kitchen and bathroom well stocked. We enjoyed the two spaces for lounging - having our coffee in the smaller space in the morning and hanging out in the living room in the evening. “I absolutely ADORED this place & I will be booking here again. The shower was a bit small but it had wonderful water pressure and it got HOT!! I loved it so much!! The only warning I will give is that there are quite a few potholes in the parking lot, which is a given because it IS New York. It's not far from a few shopping centers and is placed far enough away from the road that you are not too disturbed by the sounds of traffic. ”

“This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.”

Two bedrooms had king sized beds and all had memory foam beds (a big plus compared to other rentals we have stayed in). The two full bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. Plenty of room to hang out - two living spaces and dining area.
