We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. ”

I like to sleep cold and set the temp very low and unfortunately made it uncomfortable for the other units.Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay and the restaurant next door is phenomenal.”

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the host was accessible and responsive when we had a question. We used the kitchen while we were there and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again and explore more of Medina!”
