“This is a great property for comfort, closeness to big box stores and UO. Used it for Univ of Oregon move-in when we had a lot of luggage and shopping. The outside space is relaxing for morning coffee, and eat-in kitchen is cute with everything you need. Having laundry avail too is wonderful. Great beds for sleeping.”

“This place was perfect for us. 4 adults that were going to baseball games daily, the location made it super easy. 5 minutes to Autzen/PK Park. The host was friendly, accessible and detail oriented. Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen made everyday living a breeze. And our little pup had a nice safe fenced area to run around. I would definitely recommend Mike and his property to everyone.!”

“Unlike many rentals which have “attention to detail” but fail on basics, The Riverwalk Retreat nails EVERYTHING. Solid house in great repair; doors/windows closing tightly to keep out drafts; comfortable beds (!); excellent water heat/pressure; working internet; well-organized and appointed kitchen and bathrooms; new appliances for laundry, cooking, and multimedia; and SUPER clean. The first pet-friendly property I’ve stayed in with zero odor.And then the extras: Fantastic location a 5 min walk……

“House and property suited us well, and the location was great and close to everything we needed. It does sit on a busy road, but it was not terrible. There was more than enough space for all to relax and not feel cramped. Wonderful outdoor seating areas with fabulous tropical plants. The Oversized chairs in the " Theater Room are comfortable, but show signs of wear from being highly loved. The teens and pre-teens a felt comfortable and entertained, as did the parents. We all felt like we were on……
