“Property was clean, communication was great. There is an amazing view of the river with river access. Property is very safe and behind a locked gate. Great location for a personal or business stay.”

“I booked this a couple weeks in advance. I received no communication and reached out by message on vrbo app, calling (mailbox was full so could not leave message), and texting. No response so I called vrbo for help. They reached out multiple times as well with no response. I got an email at 8 pm the night before we were to arrive saying our reservation was cancelled due to air conditioning being broken and not able to be fixed in time. It left us scrambling for another place to stay for 6……

“One of the beds was infact not a bed but an air mattress. None of the beds were actually made before our stay. We had to put our own sheets on every bed. There was no towels in the bathroom. There was old moldy food in the fridge. Like most of our trips to Tahlequah it rained. It was raining inside the house. The drain in the driveway was not working so to load up we had to wade through ankle deep water. Then our checkout instructions stated check out was at 11am but I got an email from the……

“This place is awesome, not my first stay, only reason i gave 1 star for cleanliness was totally not due to the host!!! Severe storms had came through shortly before our arrival, leaving the road to property inaccessible, and no power at the home. Therefore the cleaning crew could not get to addressing the issues from prior guests in a timely manner. BUT....the host got them there asap, and the cleaning crew was awesome, sympathetic, and did a wonderful job!! Like i said, not my first time……
