“Upon booking, received message from the host saying they are changing our property as the one we booked extended their stay. New property we went to was clean to the average eye, but as being a General Contractor who specializes in remodels, it was clear this property just went under a very poorly or even cheap update. Work was not completed in some areas, interior paint was poorly done, floors unlevel, closet shelves not fully installed, uneven cabinets in kitchen, vent hood non filtered. We……

“We - 4 women - were in town for an art workshop and needed 4 beds. We were delighted to find that everything about the property was exactly as described. Super clean and organized - everything you could need. When we arrived the door code we were given had changed, but throughout our 4 night stay the management company was always a call/text away for questions/problems and responded promptly any time of the day or night. “Cute tiny home! The address says North Cherokee instead of South Cherokee so it took us a second to find it. Bring paper towels and something to roast marshmallows with in the fire pit outside. Short drive to Natural Falls State Park. I highly recommend going there! Host is very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. ”

We will never stay anywhere else when we come to visit and float the river! If i had to give a con...maybe supply ricks of wood for the firepit. We bought some from town so not a big deal but that really the only thing i could say if i had to say something 'bad' or recommended. Otherwise, we will be backevery year for many years to come! “The property was very peaceful and the wildlife was awesome. The owners left deer corn for us to feed the deer. They right in the backyard. We loved the stay. The kitchen was fully equipped which nade it easy to prepare meals for the family. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Truly enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities in Flint Ridge because of the weather, but it was still a great place to hunker down for a cold weather weekend. Cozy and quaint with everything you need. Scottie was tremendous at communicating proactively and responding quickly. Only thing I'd mention was wifi was a bit spotty (both TV and smartphones), which was a bummer since we were doing a lowkey weekend, but it was serviceable. Overall, a wonderful stay and will consider……
