“Very comfortable and clean. ”

“This place is awesome, not my first stay, only reason i gave 1 star for cleanliness was totally not due to the host!!! Severe storms had came through shortly before our arrival, leaving the road to property inaccessible, and no power at the home. Therefore the cleaning crew could not get to addressing the issues from prior guests in a timely manner. BUT....the host got them there asap, and the cleaning crew was awesome, sympathetic, and did a wonderful job!! Like i said, not my first time……

“We came to Tahlequah for our daughter’s graduation from NSU. We had our family with us and wanted to host some friends for a reception and this place worked perfect for it! We had beautiful weather and we took advantage of the large fenced in back area. Tons of seating and fire pit! We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Tahlequah!”

“Truly enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities in Flint Ridge because of the weather, but it was still a great place to hunker down for a cold weather weekend. Cozy and quaint with everything you need. Scottie was tremendous at communicating proactively and responding quickly. Only thing I'd mention was wifi was a bit spotty (both TV and smartphones), which was a bummer since we were doing a lowkey weekend, but it was serviceable. Overall, a wonderful stay and will consider……

“Upon booking, received message from the host saying they are changing our property as the one we booked extended their stay. New property we went to was clean to the average eye, but as being a General Contractor who specializes in remodels, it was clear this property just went under a very poorly or even cheap update. Work was not completed in some areas, interior paint was poorly done, floors unlevel, closet shelves not fully installed, uneven cabinets in kitchen, vent hood non filtered. We……

“Home was immaculate, only surpassed by the outstanding communication from the host Jen, making our small family gathering as good as it could be. We wore out the excellently stocked coffee bar, will definately be returning. ”

“We had an amazing peaceful stay. We enjoyed how everything from the covered porch and the covered back patio. The fire pit was relaxing and listening to the little creek was so serene. We appreciated the little touches, the little snacks, bottles of water and the use of the grill to cook on. The property manager was absolutely amazing when my friends got turned around, she went above and beyond helping them find the residence. ”

“We have an amazing stay every time we stay here! It accommodates every need from space, to views, and distance to entertainment. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to visit and float the river! If i had to give a con...maybe supply ricks of wood for the firepit. We bought some from town so not a big deal but that really the only thing i could say if i had to say something 'bad' or recommended. Otherwise, we will be backevery year for many years to come!
