“This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend.”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

The crazy rains prevented us from enjoying river time, but it’s very nice private access. ”
