“we loved staying at this house for almost a week while in Chapel Hill. it was spacious and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. the backyard is huge and well maintained and the farm in the back is a sweet addition to the vibe. the property owner was quick to reply to any messages and was very helpful! we would stay here again for sure. ”

“This bungalow was a great find! It’s very well layed out and the property overall was so nice. The location was perfect and close to downtown Durham to walk around and get to know the area. Brad and team were very responsive throughout our stay. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to the area!”

“We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer……
