“We never actually got to stay at this property. Upon asking for entrance information ONE DAY before our stay, the property manager informed us that there were squatters he “couldn’t get rid of” and that the property was unavailable. We had to press and find a much more expensive alternative. Property manager also tried to get ME to cancel the reservation in VRBO which would have left me with no refund. Scam?”
