We found the listing and about 2 days in advance and we were able to get everything done and signed before we left town. 3 Bears is VERY organized and they had great communication with us from while we were driving down we received a message with suggested places to eat and visit, to during our stay they answered questions swiftly and with care and on our check out day they sent reminders and a follow up about our stay! “It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was pleasant, stayed in the shade, and had a lake view. The location was very convenient for all our activities.”

“We’ve stayed at several places around the Ozarks over the years, and this one had the best view yet! Being on the top floor made it even better; quiet, private and perfect for enjoying the lake. The condo was very clean, modern and well-equipped, and Aubrey’s communication was super quick and helpful throughout. We didn’t get a chance to try out the pool since it was too cold during our stay, but everything else was great. We’d definitely return!”
