“Cottages had everything needed. The property is beautiful - lots of trees and flora. Our furry friends enjoyed exploring the property and the small area of shallow water. We enjoyed the paddleboat and family member enjoyed the kayak. Saw deer, chipmunks, eagles, etc. Very quiet and calming.”

The property is perfectly right next to an awesome bar and - restaurant called the fish company (we visited atLEAST 4 times) The house and property perfectly fit our needs, our favorite parts were the private dock where we could swim off of every single day, wonderful air conditioning, a wonderful deck, and of course, the bar next-door. “The area is beautiful. Couldn’t get the heater to work properly. So it was a bit chilly. My husband did want to watch a little t.v. but the sound kept messing up. The screen door was broken and my husband was very concerned about the tape around all the outlets. He didn’t feel it was safe so we didn’t stay a second night. However, if you can get passed all that, it has a nice deck, the lake is just a few feet away and it’s just very pretty and peaceful.”

Everything was very clean and was easy to feel at home for the week we were there! We travel with our 2 dogs and the host was very welcoming to them as well. “Overall our stay was great. There were small things that we noticed during our stay. The check-out instructions said to leave temperature at 70 buy only one unit had actual numerical readings on it. Maintaining a comfortable temperature was tricky. It was either really hot or a little chilly. The front door would not lock correctly unless it was pulled while locking. The oven door front kept falling off. We had to hold it in place while opening and shutting the door. There were game pieces found……

“There were a lot of bugs/spiders inside the home that we stayed in. Also a few cosmetic issues: the light in the upstairs bathroom duck taped to the ceiling, the towel rack in the upstairs bathroom fell off the wall, the mini fridge in the upstairs bedroom leaked all over the floor when turned on, there was still hair in the shower in the downstairs bathroom. There was also a safety incident. Someone was banging on our door for about 10 minutes in the middle of the night. We called the……
