“Depuis le début, la communication a été très éprouvante. Très sèche. Des coûts supérieurs à ceux annoncés, un ton à la limite d’un employé qui ose poser des questions à son employeur sûr de lui et pédant. Rien ne nous a été facilité. Des coûts excessifs au check-in. Nous n’avons pas compris mais avec deux enfants en bas âge, nous n’avons pas pu renoncer et perdre du temps pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Plus de 750 euros… La chambre du bas est insalubre dû à l’humidité et l’insalubrité, avec des……

“Beautiful place. Easy access to site seeing areas. Fun getting lost in the maze of the historical area. The bed was comfy. The only heat we had was the towl warmer. But found an extra banket. Internet was non existing in room so hard to contact mgr to ask about heat. There was a miss communication about check in but it all worked out and we enjoyed our time. ”

“Great location in old part of town. Beautiful old building built in 1500s. Check in was a bit confusing they accidentally emailed me wrong directions/location and we walked to wrong location, but they did their best and straightened it out quickly. Only possible negatives some might have were a long set of narrow stairs to room and relatively small shower. But we were happy here as these things sometimes come with older, interesting buildings like this”

“Very clean, spacious rooftop apartment in the walls of Lecce. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Google maps sent us to the wrong spot when we first arrived but the manager sent us a pin and that worked. The apartment has a lovely, spacious, patio. Covered parking is a 10-15 walk and 20 euros/day. Overall, the apartment is beautifully maintained and exceeded our expectations.”

“I saw the reviews and could not believe there were so many positive ones. Now I know they are all true!! The location can’t be any better for exploring the historic portion of Lecce. The apartment is large and feels like you are in a museum. Everything is provided. I wanted to hire the cleaning lady because everything (kitchen, bathrooms, refrigerator, furniture) are spectacularly clean. Although you are adjacent to the Piazza del Duomo and on a major tourist street….open the windows at night……
