“Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool.”

“Our family of 2x adults and 2x kids aged 14 and 9 stayed for 5 nights in January. We had such a great time - Joseph was a sensational ranger and a character also - managed to find us almost everything obscure we asked about on our last drive. Also Tito / Tato (?) gave a really interesting snake demo - I've seen a few of these before elsewhere but his was really great and he was very patient afterwards with my kids holding the snakes. “The service level was poor, below our expectation. Hotel staff not communicative to the extent of preparing unconfirmed breakfast. We found this a bit strange for a guest lodge.”

Tivemos o desprazer de passar 2 noites sem dormir com os nossos filhos: ar condicionado nao funcionava, num calor insuportavel, tivemos que suplicar por dois ventiladores, ao proprietario, um chato,mas nao adiantou nada. “住宿的位置离太阳城五公里左右，房间很干净，就是我们的房间外面的地面上和桌子椅子包括墙面上都有很多的蚂蚁和叫不出名字的虫子，服务员过来看下之后对我说这些虫子爬不到落地窗上吧，之后他们说扫一下或者喷药，那里就有个蚂蚁窝，第二天好些可以坐在外面了，除了这个不太满意其他的都可以”

“It's a small guest house with 3 rooms with hardly any catering options in the area. It's very close to the gate of Pilanesberg NP. The pool is very small but big enough to cool down on a hot day. In the night there is a bright light outside and with the white and thin curtain it's also bright in the room. The owner Joyce is very friendly. What we didn't like is that the cleaner made order in our private stuff and even put things that were not at the cleaner expected position in our suitcases and……
