“Schöne Lodge, gut gelegen, tolles Angebot. Etwas schade finde ich, dass auf meine Nachricht mit einer Anfrage der inbegriffenen Leistungen nie geantwortet wurde. Im Nachhinein ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass wir ein kleineres Zimmer bekommen haben, als wir gebucht (und bezahlt! für 2 Nächte insgesamt 30€ mehr) haben. Das Essen war gut, der Service und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter ebenfalls. ”

“Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool.”

“From the reviews I read before arriving I had doubts about the property. But place was good, room exactly as shown in the pictures. Booked the spar and it was amazing with the hydro pool. They just need to recheck the prices for the alcohol in the property, it’s very expensive. Ohh need to keep an eye on the monkeys ”

“I did not fulfill my stay at the accommodation. I drove from DBN as a single mum with 2 X 6 year olds. Arrived at 2:30pm. Room not available. 3:30 room was ready. The unit had an awful smell. No communication from staff. Toilet dirty. It was not livable. The Aircon did not work. Fridge and microwave was smelly. I booked another accommodation for the night in the area. I was declined a refund. I ask you to please consider a refund as I did not use the facilities or unit. The photos on website is……

“Our unit was not one of the recently refurbished ones. Stove wouldnt close properly, pillows uncomfortable and generally just very old fashioned. Resort facilities are well maintained and great for kids though. ”
