“Matt was very communicative when we had questions. We just have two suggestions. 1. That entry door is no beuno! Felt like the dead lock opened but the handle lock didn’t. 2. Desperately needs lighting in kitchen and dining room thank goodness for the time change and we had light longer. It would be more helpful if you had a physical notebook of instructions, suggestions like You can walk to Arsenal Park with kiddos, and menus of nearby restaurants. Lastly, while we have a resident parking……

“Was in town for an unfortunate situation due to a family member needing an emergency surgery and was a little worried about booking a property with no reviews, but after speaking with the owner, I was put at ease and let me tell you this property is not only in a great location, but also such a beautiful property and the house even provided breakfast, pastries, and snacks as well as drinks so definitely already looking into booking another trip out to Pittsburgh just to stay here! ”

“Great property! Very spacious, clean, and well decorated. Perfect for hosting our bachelorette weekend! Highlights were obviously the hot tub, fireplace, large dining and gathering areas. We had tons of space for meals together, games, crafts, and even a game of late night hide and seek hahaha. Host was gracious, easy to contact, and sent reminder texts about check in and check out rules. Would recommend for large gatherings of all kinds!”

“Cozy little place set on a quiet hill. Lightning bugs galore on June nights. Close to a number of cafes and restaurants in Apollo, Vandergrift and Leechburg. Was a convenient location for a wedding at a nearby farm venue. While it was a bit hot and muggy for June, the AC provided a nice respite. Remember if you’re coming from the city, this is in the country, so you may find yourself getting to know a few more bugs than usual. Just be prepared if the kiddos have any allergies; the bugs are……

“The unit was very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The only issue were some ants in the bathrooms but we informed the host and I’m sure it will get taken care of as the rest of the unit was spotless. We definitely recommend this place! ”

“Fantastic property! Fit all our needs. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms and the AC worked great! It was so clean and homey. Every detail was perfect! Kitchen was equipped better than my own home! Just wish it had a pizza oven. Oh wait! It did!! Coffee bar room? Yes! With 4 coffee makers! The large (beautiful) dining room and table was perfect for us all to sit together and eat The 1/2 bath downstairs was just what we needed. All the bathrooms were amazing! I can’t express how much we enjoyed……

“We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit.
