“Great stay. Comfortable bed. Our room had nice patio which joined a beautiful backyard. Attentive staff. Room a little dusty with some broken shades—but we enjoyed the two windows that looked out on the backyard with swings and a fire pit. Very quiet. ”

“Noel and Sue were very helpful and friendly, the house was very clean and peaceful. The property was well kept and Noel's breakfast was always great!! Will stay there again if in the area. ”

“The casita was very clean and perfect for our trip. It was 30 minutes from Zion. And major routes were close as well!! Loved the seating outside. The beds were comfy and AC worked great!! Only issue was no check-in instructions. But once we showed up and realized to just check in at the office it was easy. Would stay again if I was ever in the area again!”

“My 7 year old and I had a great time. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and close to the lagoon and pool. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks for jackets and beach towels for extra storage. We had a great time and would stay again.”

“Beautiful quiet location to enjoy the area. Close by to trails for mountain biking. Good birding in the local area. Snow Canyon just 10 minutes away as well as Tuacahn.”

“Overall enjoyed stay. The area is new and there are a lot of amenities but I didn’t get a chance to use them. The home worked well for my weekend stay, it was clean, good communication, had what I needed. Reason for 4 star vs 5 was the internet would intermittently go out and very low water pressure in the shower. Still happy with my stay”

“I really enjoyed it, super nice and relaxing ”

“This was a very nice and quant stay. It is a lower level vrbo, which was a little confusing when we first pulled into the property. The living area was clean and decorated nicely. There is a small view of some mountains while setting on the front patio. I would recommend staying here and if I visit in the future, I will stay here again. ”

“This little camper had everything we needed. Stayed here for two nights while in Leeds visiting family. Very well maintained and taken care of. The only feedback I have would be to update the light fixtures. The ones that work are rather harsh on the eyes and others would flicker or not work at all. Overall, had a wonderful time and will probably be back. Thanks! ”
