“During our stay we listed 51 bird species on eBird checklists in the area around the house and on the short walk to the lake! The house is lovely and clean and has a very accommodating layout. “If you love space and nature, you will love this place. You can see for miles…farmlands. The strong breeze was welcome and the 4-5 big trees around the house were full of birds. There are so many opportunities to be outside: at the rear, protected by the house and along the covered porch. The inside has minimum sleeping capacity of 6 (3 queen beds) and then there’s the sofa and carpeted floor-space in the TV room. Families can enjoy a get-together with extended family here. “The house is surprisingly spacious and very nicely renovated/updated and beautifully decorated. It’s thoughtfully stocked, very clean and we had zero issues! ”

“Our group stayed at this property while showing at the WEC. It is definitely better to check-in the property during daylight hours as it is off the road along a long drive BUT the location is very peaceful and makes for a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. Space was convenient and well stocked. We will definitely look for availability here again for the next dates we are in Wilmington.”

“Robert was excellent to communicate with even before we arrived to help with what we were packing and bringing. Even during the stay, messaging Robert about the property, he was super responsive. The place was nice to enjoy with entertainment and access to the lake. Beds were super comfortable, clean, and overall a great space. We plan to visit the area again and work with Robert again with the property! Our family friends are really enjoyed it and plan to use this again on their boating escapes……
