“I was pleasantly surprised at what I found at the Hilton Garden Inn - Albany, GA. It was busy on Mothers Day and the hotel is being renovated but our stay was quite nice. Everything was clean and our room smelled fresh. At the end of the day it was nice to unwind in a clean, comfortable space. Thanks for such a great stay!”

“I could not stay there and feel safe. I rang the bell 4 times and waited no one came. I am a nurse traveling for work. This hotel has broken doors and windows, signs on the balcony to tresspassers on the property. There were guys in the parking lot seeking drugs out of there cars. Multiple people walking around outside. The hotel was in disrepair....awful i would like a refund of my money. ”

“Like an old-fashioned motel — in the very BEST way. Comfortable room with real furniture, frig and microwave, everything to be comfortable and enjoy my stay.”

“The only thing that was a positive is the free wifi and working tv. Everything else was a disaster. The room was filthy. Stains and dust everywhere from the pillows to the floor to the ceilings, not to mention mold in the bathroom. If it wasn’t for me being on a budget I would have immediately got another hotel. Never again. Please staff make sure your rooms are actually clean if you are reading this or maybe you just don’t care because it caters to a certain audience which I was unaware of till……

“The room was clean, bed comfortable, nice large shower! However, when we came in for breakfast at 8:30 am, although the end of service was scheduled for 9:am. Not much food was left, no waffle making mix, nor apples or oranges only one slice of bread left and no staff to replenish missing food items. We noticed that a large group of workers were staying at the hotel and might have helped themselves for take out?! Next day of our stay I realized that I had forgotten my 2 jackets in our room……
