“We had a great weekend visit. Close to the winery and other great lake activities. We just wanted quiet and decompression and that is what we just what we did. The hot tub was a nice touch and loved the cozy patio.”

“The house is very clean, including the baseboards and all of the nooks and crannies. We enjoyed our stay! We also walked down the street to the dollar general store a couple times. The neighbors are friendly.I brought my own kayak and fishing poles. It is convenient to be able to put your boat in across the street as well as fish off of the private dock. ”

“The view is stunning. We watched the sunrise multiple times on their deck overlooking the lake and I never wanted to leave. Even sitting inside I couldn’t stop looking out at the view. We hope to come back every year. We were fortunate to have great weather and just relaxed and floated around in the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with kind and pleasant neighbors. We grilled out on their large grill and got takeout from nearby restaurants for our supper and lunches we got groceries……

“We had a wonderful stay at Poland Place while in town for the graduation events of Cardinal Mooney High School. The location was very convenient—just about 10 minutes from downtown Youngstown and close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated. The only thing that gave us pause was a confederate flag displayed at a house down the street, which felt out of place in this day and age.The home itself was clean, spacious comfortably furnished, and had a warm,……

“The host were absolutely fabulous they welcomed us with open arms were friendly the neighbors were great as well the view and location is absolutely beautiful. We did a friends trip and all came a separate times but they were cool about it. Welcomed my dog as well was helpful with the dock and everything about the location awesome people and we will be back in the future. ”

“House was very clean check in was bumpy, code didn’t work had a wait for owner to respond. House smelled highly of bleach floors were slippery not sure if they had a residue from cleaning. Kitchen needs more glassware like some cocktail glasses and wine glasses. More updates silverware also. ”
