“Two couples looking for something different from the norm while in the area for a family wedding weekend trip. Can't say enough about how cool this place is. Kyle Ripley and his lovely family have created a unique, rural farm homestead. Besides the wonderful rental home you get a chance to tour the property and learn directly from the owner how it was created to be totally sustainable and "off the grid" while providing all the creature comforts you could want. “My dad and his fishing partner said that the property was beautiful, well kept, and an amazing place to stay on the Octonto River. We have strong family ties to Chute Pond and the area and this location was well priced, and easy to access for someone who has a hard time getting around.”

“The Manager,David and his staff made sure that everything in our room was to our expectations. The Motel is located next to Tacos Bell. Their sign is in the process of being replaced with a new one. I would highly recommend this Motel. The price was very reasonable. I will stay here again when in the area!”
