“The property is well-appointed with appropriate kitchen appliances, w-fi, etc. but for me its superlative point is the garden. An ideal space for my energetic dog to endlessly chase the ball.This is my second stay and I will definitely come back.”

“Serenity was in a beautiful bush setting with easy access to walks in forests and along creek and also a good walk into Daylesford centre. The house was very comfortable- good beds, comfy sofas, good dining area and kitchen well equipped including a great large fridge. Bathroom clean and functional but old style and limited sink space for a larger group. Great warmth from the fireplace and split systems but gas space heater wasn’t working. Would recommend”

“Smaller than expected. Fold out coach not comfortable Rubbish was in bins on arrival and washing machine was out of place.Dishwasher had dishes in it.Great location.House at front was also a rental and there were different tenants each day. Host responded promptly to my messages. ”

“Lovely stay, very comfortable..Some minor things to improve but all small things such as cleanliness in kitchen drawers, etc... beds etc clean and comfy enough though.Bathroom nice but tlies very slippery and not great for anyone of a certain age or with a slight disability, but our host happily provided a chair for us which was great.Close to everything and we.thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“This was wonderfully suitable for our family of 16 (3 generations) to gather. Enough room to be together (in the living/dining area or outside) and plenty of space for smaller groups or individuals to have some quiet time. I was impressed that there was plenty of crockery and the BBQ and picnic boxes were great. We loved the personal touches - sheet music, books, paintings etc, and the seasonal decorations. I can't recommend highly enough!”

“This property far exceeded our expectations. Historic property with plenty to do onsite. Paddle boats on the lake, electric bikes, playground, indoor heated pool, games, vege garden/ fruit trees to help yourself. The apartment we had slept 4 with good kitchen facilities and living space. Huge bedrooms! Little booklet with a short history of the property was a nice touch. The only thing id change would be an update to the mattress which was far to soft and for the soft furnishings to be……
