“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“Everything was clean. The air freshener smell was unfortunately strong. No bathmat; I felt bad leaving the floor wet after a shower. Silverware was strangely thin. I heard lots of the upstairs' daily and evening sounds through the ceiling. Mini-splits were terrific. Nice neighborhood. Thank you. ”

“The condo was very clean. Lots of nice remodels and extras. The area is up-and-coming and the other tenants in the building we met were very nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo as DC and surrounding area has much to do. Uber was our mode of transportation and we found it very convenient and close to everything.”

“This cozy garden apartment is the perfect spot for a visit to the VA/DC area. It’s a few minute walk from both the metro and the bus.Clean and cozy! I have never stayed in a place that was so well-appointed! The host had thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable! ”

“This is a beautiful home in a nice little neighborhood right outside of downtown Washington DC. We travelled here for a week long vacation with parents and my teenage sons. The home was clean with plenty of blankets and towels. The cookware was in good condition and good knives and cutting board (this seems to be an issue at many rentals so we were happy to get good quality kitchen items here). The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available to make sure we enjoyed our stay -……

“We arrived at the apartment after a long day of work. It was an easy bus ride from the museums on the Mall. Clean, nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches like ear plugs, coffee and creamer, fresh towels, blackout curtains...we slept very well. It was perfect for a short overnight trip with a work colleague!”

“The condo was very clean and nicely set up. It was perfect for me. Just a short Lyft ride into DC. ”

“Great neighborhood - inside a little tired. Needs new flooring in places. Furniture is sparse and mix-mash. Bar stools (only 2) are disgusting - need replacement. Need a Keurig. Very spacious and quiet. ”

The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. “Attended several events and found transportation between the apartment and venues was easy.Also found a couple real good local eateries in close walking distance.”

“Great location and extremely responsive hosts. Close to all the major museums/sites and within driving distance to those that are in outlying areas. Great locally owned restaurants and bodega/convenience store next door for those items you forgot to bring. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was one of our favorite short-term rentals to date. The location was great and the host Anthony was terrific. Most importantly, the condo was very clean and well-appointed with designer touches. We really appreciated the fast wifi, coffee maker (and coffee beans), and bags of ice in the freezer. The bird-themed decor and furniture was designer-level. There was also ample outdoor space with two balconies and a rooftop patio! Highly recommended. ”
