“The property was even better than the listing. Lycoming creek is right in the back yard and we had a great time fishing, relaxing by the fire pit and playing cards in the evening. Had the mandatory dinner at the turkey ranch and spent most of our time on the local creeks. Some highway noise during the day, but quiets right down in the evening. Loved the place and will return. Highly recommend. Very family and pet friendly. Also only a 20 minute drive to major stores”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. There were no maintenance issues. The owner was very responsive to our phone calls and text messages. My wife and I are looking forward to going back to the same country house in Mansfield, Pa. next year. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit in the area of Mansfield, Pa.”

“This home is wonderland. Beautiful scenery, very nice trails and a lovey home. ”

“My daughter and I have been coming to the Williamsport area to go trout fishing and sight seeing. The property exceeded our expectations. It was very homey and comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the deck, watching the wildlife go by. One morning 7 deer walked along the stream, just taking their time. What a sight. We can’t wait to come back next year.”

“This was our second time staying at this home, and the first time bringing my young children (11 and 8). We absolutely love the property, the home is stunning and it sits on such a beautiful piece of land. The home was exceptionally clean and my son loved that there was a piano there where he could play his music. The new fire pit is absolutely amazing, we lit fires each night even though it got pretty cold outside. It’s the only home to rent if you want to stay in this part of Sullivan County.……
