"The hotel’s location is terrific. The room was terrific. Sylvia, the receptionist, was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the area around the main plaza is run down and a bit unkept and dirty. The hotel is well located to the main attractions; Casa Botines and the Cathedral."

Comfortable and recently renovated.
"Hotel is lovely, comfortable room, however it got very noisy from about 5am. We were in room 30. I think maybe there was some sort of water heating system near our room as we would intermittently hear a pumping type sound until we eventually just decided to get up. Otherwise the room was lovely and ..."
