“The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!”

“ The 'boat' reference might be confused with 'compact' or 'narrow and small' but really it relates to the feeling that you are on the water when you stay here. Do not hesitate; book this house because it is in the BEST location and the elevated position with the water immediately below is wonderful. “Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus liegt sehr abseits und man ist ganz für sich. Entspannung pur. Der Service für den Pool war sehr sehr gut u hatte eine super Qualität. Die Zufahrt ist eine kleine Herausforderung und nicht für jedes Auto geeignet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das es Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gegeben hätte, da da doch allerlei Getier unterwegs ist. Tagsüber ruhig und nachts erwacht der Wald zum Leben. ”

“This is an excellent holiday property. You climb up to it via hairpin bends so take your time and just let the locals pass you in thier Fiat Pandas. The house is a few hunded metres out of village and such a tranquil spot. I almost dont want to give a god review to stop this place becoming to booked up for my next visit but that would be selfish. On the first morning when you throw open the french doors and sit and take in the views you will know you made the right choice. The hosts pop along……

“Cette belle maison est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Levanto (attention ça grimpe) et directement sur le sentier de la randonnée vers Monterosso. L'équipement est correct et la maison a beaucoup de charme. La cinquième chambre est en fait une dépendance qui se situe dans le jardin. Lea piscine est plus petite que sur les photos mais agréable. Le seul bémol du séjour est la propreté. En effet nous aurions apprécié que la maison soit nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Nous avons……
