“Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto ”

“Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees. “We had such a fabulous stay this amazing villa! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio surrounded by the beautiful gardens and overlooking the sea. The villa felt like a secluded and relaxing retreat. We enjoyed walking up and down the trail along the stream to go to and from the beach. Retreating back to the villa at the end of the day was so comfortable. “Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Garten wirkt in der Realität sogar noch größer. Das Haus war absolut sauber. Der Pool mit den schönen hellen Steinen ist phantastisch und steht tatsächlich nur den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend. Das Haus ist das letzte Gebäude an einer kleinen Straße. Danach beginnt ein großes Waldareal mit vielen Forstwegen, auf denen man stundenlang völlig allein in……

“Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus - sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Draußen überall nette Sitzgelegenheiten. Man findet immer das richtige Plätzchen für Schatten oder Sonne. Der Blick in die Berge ist atemberaubend! Der Pool ist klein, aber für uns war er völlig ausreichend. Innen gab es nur 4 Stühle, so dass wir am Regentag noch 2 Sessel aus dem Wohnzimmer holen mussten. Das könnte noch verbessert werden. Sehr liebe Begrüßung mit einem Obstkorb und Gin Tonic und Knabbereien. Die……
