“We couldn’t have been more happy with this place. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. Very clean in all areas. Great shower, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from the welcome basket to a “just in case you forgot something” basket. Hated the weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy the decks and fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. ”

“The home is located near Marshall University and near St. Mary’s. Downtown Huntington is a short drive. The home has been updated and has very comfortable furnishings and new appliances. Plenty of room for a family. We had a great time visiting friends and family in the area. The host was fantastic with communication. ”

“My family had a wonderful time staying at the Park House. Everything was there that we needed (other than groceries). Rooms were very spacious and clean; able to accommodate all 10 of us and we didn’t feel crowded. Absolutely loved the pool table. We had a lot of fun teaching the younger kids how to play. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay! ”

“Very cute, clean, well stocked property just as pictured. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We stayed here while our daughter visited Marshall-much nicer than being in a hotel. The neighborhood is in an older area of town.”
