“A few items that I'd like to share for improvement - 1. when I tried the phone in the room it was unplugged, 2. there was no luggage rack in the room, 3. It would have been nice to be notified that the construction next door was taking place - the equipment they were using was next to my car and I could barely get in - very close and glad they did not damage my car. I was very happy that they were able to get me on the top floor, but my room was next to the elevator, but not too loud. The……

“Both myself and my partner got a terrific nights sleep. It was the comfiest hotel bed we’ve ever slept it and we didn’t hear a peep from any other guests the entire night. The game room was super fun, we had a blast playing darts. The made to order breakfast was fabulous and so were the staff! Will absolutely return here when in Manitowoc. ”

“This hotel provided excellent hospitality. They were able to answer my questions, including being able to check in early and concerned that I wasn’t gonna be to the property until very late for the event that I was attending. They provided great breakfast and was an excellent host!”
