“Perfect house and location for a fun family weekend. House was perfect for having a 1.5 year old. Toys in the basement, pack n play and park one block away. 10 minutes from USF stadium and HyVee close by made it perfect location for us. ”

“Beautiful home. Extremely well kept and clean. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with coffee and essential items. Chelsea was extremely quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend for a small event/reunion/gathering. ”

“For city dwellers...this is a great destination. In the middle of the countryside and nothing but birds singing and trees rustling in the breeze. The house is an absolute charmer, the hosts are awesome, and the hot tub soothes away all your worries. This city mouse will certainly plan to return.”

“This was a great spot for us as we passed through for one night. Very well-equipped studio unit that has been recently refreshed, all kitchen aplliances, and roomier than a hotel. Went for a morning walk through a nearby park that had great walking/biking trails.The coffee shop across the street is closed on Sunday, or we certainly would have stopped there for a fresh coffee as we left town. Seller was very responsive, highly recommend! ”
