“It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. “The house was not cleaned by check in. We had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned. Communication with the host was difficult. The place was fine for a night or two, but not great. The stairs were very steep and only bathroom was downstairs. None of the doors closed without difficulty. The bathroom door would not close/lock. Bedrooms very small. Kitchen was updated and fairly nice. Front room very small with uncomfortable furniture. ”

“Host was difficult to reach. We never received check in information. We had to call the property owner twice and Travel Nest three times over several hours to get the information. Listing also says the house house has a washer and dryer, but there is no dryer. ”

“Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.”

“Exactly as advertised. Kurt, the owner, was prompt in responding to every question. Great location if you don’t mind a little walking. Quiet, safe residential area. Cab fares to most Oxford locations were reasonable. Highly recommended by all three of us (seniors).”
