“Good location for the places I wanted to see. Not sure what caused a noise that sounded like someone drilling but due to the timing (very early in morning and later in the evening) I think it was a plumbing issue. Rather dated room and if that was a true queen size bed, then I'm Tinkerbell. Glad I didn't need to share it.”

“A very basic hotel with limited maintenance. The machine is gym is rust and not kept well. The swimming pool has excessive chlorine which is dangerous to health especially it is an indoor pool that the toxic gas cannot go anywhere. No lifeguard of course. I was the only user of the gym in the days I stay, and I didn’t see anyone using the pool. You can smell the hotel hasn’t cleaned their carpet for long (luckily not sticky, just very old). They don’t have front desk staff sometimes. There are……

“Check in was smooth and easy. There was quite the line as it was a busy weekend but the staff was quick to jump in to ensure everyone was being checked in promptly. Staff was kind and eager to assist. The pool area was clean and fully stocked with towels. Rooms were clean spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and had something for everyone!! This will be our go to for Lethbridge now! ”

“It was good but there were a lot of hockey teams staying there for a tournament & the boys were playing & being very loud in the hallway. We had to ask them to keep the noise down.”

“Budget friendly hotel, pleasant staff. Definitely needs an update. No elevator to get to the second floor if mobility is an issue. Breakfast had no protein options available. Waffles, baked goods, cereal, Coffee and juice. For the price would def stay again. ”
