“Honestly was unsure with the brown barn carriage house and being on the owner’s property. BOY, were we WRONG! This house is one the best VRBO rentals we have stayed at. Clean, has all you need, comfy beds, ample parking, and much more! The owners are very communicative and helpful. Great bath towels, heated floors, Ac units in each room! Laundry. All kitchen essentials you need. Even phone chargers (we forgot one) and coffee to-go cups. I mean, seriously! Perfect for 2 couples. If you……

“The condo was clean and quiet. It was very nice with up to date appliances. The kitchen was stocked with all the baking and cooking needs.(pots and pans)The TV was easy to use, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. There were a few minor issues: no dishwasher detergent, under the beds were really dusty and gross (I dropped my earbuds) and had to retrieve them under the bed.. we also killed 3 big spiders.. overall the stay was fantastic and comfortable. “My husband and I loved staying at Upstairs at the Lake! It’s an immaculate property, thoughtfully decorated with a comfortable king bed and very conveniently located. There is a bit of road noise but it didn’t bother us. Loved relaxing on the porch at the end of each day, enjoying the views of Lake Michigan. Easy and helpful communication with Diana. Would definitely stay here again!”
