“Beautifully unique bed & breakfast with the sweetest couple running the place! He roasts his own coffee beans on site and makes the most delicious coffee to sip on the cute front porch. She is a professional baker and made the best scones I’ve ever had. Our room was clean and had so much character with a very comfortable bed. An amazing place to stay!”

“This is a great, basic, not fancy clean motel. The location is great for the ferry to Mackinaw, just a few minutes from Shepler's dock. Thanks to the motel front desk staff for giving us good information about shuttles and getting the ferry to Mackinaw Island. DON"T pay 15.00 to park at Shepler's lot, call them and the nice shuttle will pick you up in minutes from this motel. Tip the driver, they are super nice. There is an excellent cafe for breakfast and lunch across the parking lot called……

“No breakfast options other than granola bars. However, there are many restaurants very close by. Good location, close to everything. We had a minor problem with the room that the hotel staff resolved quickly. Note that the free wifi at the hotel is not secure, but cell signal was good. No microwave in the room, and the fridge did not have much space. But room was huge. Loved the log cabin decor.”
