“The day we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly fella at the desk. He was very friendly and offered some great suggestions and tips for our stay in the area. Passed several employees in the hotel throughout the couple days and they were all so friendly. A sweet gal in the elevator, that was an employee, made sure our room and everything was ok. We really appreciated that everyone went out of their way to make it a wonderful stay! Our view was spectacular! Would definitely stay again”

“We were originally going to stay in Traverse City but they had no availability in pet friendly hotels, we had searched for hotels around Petoskey and surrounding areas but no luck! We decided to try and book in Mackinaw City and luckily we were able to get 2 rooms and pet friendly. The gentleman behind the counter was managing the people the phone calls asking for room availability some people were upset but even he didn't expect the busyness but he didn't lose composure and remained polite!……

“It was a very nice stay… employees were very nice. Just noticed in room, the smoke detector was extremely dusty and all of the fire doors 1st to 3rd floors at both ends of hallway were blocked open which goes against for code”
