“We stayed three days and it was a fine hotel for the price. We could have stayed down the road at the $362 per night place, but that was out of the question, budget-wise. This place was responsive to requests and even allowed us to switch to a more accessible room. Parking was good, the rooms were OK - considering the age of the building. Maintenance is an issue there, but again, considering the age of the building, they are trying to keep up.”

“Very comfortable. It was fully booked, but still quiet. Beds and breakfast were above average for the price range. Good view of the bridge from behind the hotel. Definitely recommend. ”

“The building was old, but we can see the staff trying to keep the property clean. Bed linens are fresh and clean. Receptionist was nice. We had some trouble with the TV, but the repair man and receptionist came and fixed TV immediately. The Cleaning staff missed checking refrigerator of the former guest food. I suggest replacing toilet seat because it was damaged and looked bad.”

“Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service and room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and I requested a ground floor due to no elevator and my request was granted. ”

“The service was excellent. We enjoyed the pool. No elevator to 2 nd floor so if handicapped must be on first floor Not a hotel for longer stays. Not near all the Charlevoix action. But we were here to be a part of the Antique Road Show so overnight was just perfect!”
