“Great house. Some of the furniture needs changing like the dining room chairs that are very wobbly.3 bedrooms in basement are only doubles so like my son and his wife that are bigger people they had to sleep separately. All in all there was a great view and it was worth the prixe.”

“This is a great property. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and fireplace. Very relaxing. We took a winter getaway and so were not able to use the patio, but it looked very inviting even with snow on it. The unit was well stocked with cooking items, the furniture was very comfortable. The location is a convenient distance from Mahone Bay and Chester; great for lunch, dinner or just coffee shop hopping. Will definitely try to get back. ”

“Wow! Whalesback Cottage was the Nova Scotia oceanside escape that we were looking for. Our own private space – no traffic … no crowds … and the only sounds were the waves hitting the rocks.
