“Nice view from patio over city”

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was……

“I enjoyed our stay. The staff I did interact with was the night time front desk, and she was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was some of the best I have had with a continental breakfast. And they allowed our dogs with us, another bonus, because our dogs are like our kids to us, very loved. ”
