“We rented this home for a group of 10 friends and overall we enjoyed our stay. The theater room upstairs is by far the highlight, but the pool table and hot tub were also well used. The home is definitely a little neglected. It almost seems like a model home that was never lived in but the garage shows signs of a full time resident. “We needed somewhere close to Marietta College to stay and visit with our daughter after a lacrosse game. This was perfect! It was clean and close by and the layout allowed us time to visit, but gave us all privacy for sleeping! The driveway is very steep, but since we were prepared for it, we didn’t have any issues. Great view too!!!”
