“We rented this home for a group of 10 friends and overall we enjoyed our stay. The theater room upstairs is by far the highlight, but the pool table and hot tub were also well used. The home is definitely a little neglected. It almost seems like a model home that was never lived in but the garage shows signs of a full time resident. It was clean and close by and the layout allowed us time to visit, but gave us all privacy for sleeping! The driveway is very steep, but since we were prepared for it, we didn’t have any issues. We loved the hot tub, the secluded feeling of the cabin and loved how cozy everything was. “First and foremost Jules was an amazing host! She was very responsive, accommodating, kind, and made our stay extra special with a few small touches. The property truly speaks for itself. We had a small wedding and everyone raved over the property. Perfect for seclusion and privacy. We also had really great wildlife experiences. “The cabin was nice and clean. However, the whole cabin was unlevel. The floors were slanted. Since the floors were unlevel the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly because the water level couldn’t refill properly when flushed. None of the batteries worked in the remotes for the TV etc. Had to go buy batteries. Also, there is a tree limb that kept scraping the metal roof.”
