“Good location in the city. large and clean rooms but kitchen amenities can be improved e.g. cooking ovens with more hot plates, more cutting knives and oven. The parking bays are narrow, suitable for small cars only. It would be more attractive for travelers if free parking is provided.
Only TV, no Netflix nor YouTube is available. The taps for shower are rather hard to turn esp. by children. Overall speaking, it is good to stay.

“The image on Hotels.com does not accurately represent the room I booked. I reserved a deluxe studio, and the photos indicated that there was an induction cooker, along with a mention of a small kitchen. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was only a microwave and no induction cooker. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, I was informed that they bear no responsibility for how Hotels.com advertises their rooms. This situation is quite frustrating.”

“The location is very good. Close to CBD, easy access to public transport but since the house only come once a week, it's better to have a clear instruction on where to place the rubbishes and how to change the towel (can take it down to the reception and get new one). Not suit for light sleepers. Can hear the noise from next door. Kitchen and kittenware is good facilitated if u want to cook sometimes.”

“Overall very nice stay.
Location: Close to King’s Park and Elisabeth Quay Station. About 10 mins walk to the malls and CBD.
Room is spacious and clean.
Very comprehensive setup for the kitchen.
Good room service, just need to ask the receptionist for replacement.
2 setbacks. First is the second bedroom. Only window, no fans or aircon in the room. It’s very hot in summer especially if there is heatwave. Yes there’s air con in the living room but the cold air can’t really circulate into the room.……

"The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change. "

"We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable. "
