It was easy to see why the owner had won awards for restoration of the Carriage House. It was both beautiful and so thoughtfully done. Every day we noticed new details that were thematic, considerate or just pretty. Those little "surprises" were themselves a pleasure. Everything from the "horse" theme to the detail of the hardware chosen to the beach glass……
