“We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 sons ages 13 and 10. We loved being so close to the beach, we also brought our paddle boards to use on the creek that's in the back yard. The house had everything we needed, was very comfy and clean. We would return. ”

“Property was undergoing some construction upon arrival immedietely next to our shared wall of the unit making the first two hours rather unpleasant with loud cutting and banging. Wish the property owner had simply disclosed this as it was an unwelcomed surprise after a long day of travel. Otherwise our stay was fine. Unit has everything you need but the shower is too small and cracked in a few places and the shower head needs to be replaced”

“I had a wonderful stay here. Comfortable studio in a gorgeous neighborhood! Will be back!”

“I came for a week of solitude and writing. The carriage house was a perfect setting: very comfortable bed, living space, great bathroom and kitchen fully stocked. I loved ending my day sitting on the balcony. The location is ideal if you love to stroll by the ocean and take in the unique scene of Santa Cruz. The pictures are very are accurate, except they don’t show the two comfy reading chairs next to the round dining table. Khristin is such a kind and gracious host! I highly recommend her……
