“Great location, very nice place, responsive host. We would definitely stay there again! ”

“The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall……

“We had a great stay at the Charming Hidden Cottage. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The communication with the host was great, and the check-in process was seamless. It's really close to Los Gatos, which is such a cute town. Would highly recommend!”

“Beautiful room with modern amenities without impacting the charm. Very comfortable and quiet. Big, rustic coastal Victorian parlor with French doors that let in light and open onto a nice deck. Close to the coast and several great beaches, walks along the tidal marsh. ”

“We spent a month at West Cliff Hideaway. The location is fantastic - 2 blocks from the ocean in a lovely neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Pier and Boardwalk from our front door every day. “Zero check in instructions upon arrival, no lock on the door, and dirty bed. What a disaster! When we initially arrived on the property, we realized we were given zero check in instructions. "Please refund the $50 processing fee that I haven’t collected yet. The service for picking up from the airport needs to be more thorough. I made two calls, but the first call was hung up, and the second call said the service had been cancelled. The service to the airport was very good. IN GOD WE TRUST "

"This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage to pick up the car. Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!"
