“My family and I had a great time at this cabin. Megan (the owner) thought of everything anyone could possibly need and included it so we were comfortable. This was my first time staying in a vacation rental and I will definitely be booking more! The cabin was very close to the lake which was exactly what we wanted. “Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! ”

“We had a softball tournament in Brenham and decided to make a weekend out of it with the family and our Frenchie. Place was small but perfect, communication was outstanding. There were a few crumbs on the kitchen table but otherwise very clean. I would stay here again. ”

“We had a great stay! The house was funky and cute and had plenty of space for us and another family. The kids loved the big field and catching an endless supply of grasshoppers. They also loved the big climbing tree and swings. The outside was nice to sit and drink your coffee and let the kids run wild.
