“I called the property to make sure they are wheelchair friendly. They said yes since they have elevator but they didn't mention that there comfort room (CR) was on another level of the room. Hence, it was difficult for our elderly who needed to use the many times the CR.”

“A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located adjacent to San Juan's main street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. “Avoid room 200a it's small, needs paint, walls in bath need bleached. AC, weak. Doesn't circulate well, a ceiling fan would alleviate. Needs electrical box cover next to bed, . And put outlet, a nightstand would be welcomed. Peek in room across as w was being cleaned. It seemed much nicer. Even with those fixed, unable to fix run size, and window in room just opens to hallway. workers friendly and helpful. ”
