“要在指定時間check-in，做的員工很慢排長龍，check-in時話我們的房未比錢，其實是酒店未過數。房間很細，插頭只有二個，房中冷氣很細，另一間只有風無冷氣，即時同酒店員工反映，員工答應跟進，返回酒店發現仍無冷氣，再找員工幫忙，其中一員工到房睇堅持話剛開所以感覺唔到，但過一段時間仍只有風，再找員工時原來已放工無任何人幫手，這晚只有熱一晚，員工這樣極無責任心。”

“We stayed here for 1 night before returning home from holiday.First time in a Kyriad Hotel.Parking was good. Room clean and modern. Lovely shower room and separate toilet. Tea and coffee facilities good. Staff very friendly.Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed and we planned to have dinner there not knowing this.
