“The apartment had everything we needed. Located on the campus of Judson Mills. This place has everything you could want. Restaurants, entertainment, live music and even a kids playground indoors. “Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“We were in town with friends for an event in downtown Greenville. This location was great! The apartment was really cute, very clean, and had all of the required amenities. Communication with owner was great too. He was very quick to respond. The walk to downtown through the West End enabled us to experience a fun part of Greenville that we had not seen in the past. “We loved the modern, urban esthetics of the apartment. It was very clean and easy to access the apartment building and apartment itself. We loved how close it was to everything downtown. I do wish the Keurig coffee maker would’ve worked, but that wasn’t a big deal! The only thing that was slightly challenging is when we ordered Ubers to pick us up, it wouldn’t allow us to select the loft apartments. It would select The Foundry, which is a completely different building & area. We truly enjoyed……

Everything was sparkling clean, This is a loft so the bedrooms have very high ceilings with some opening to the rest of the unit.
