“We had an absolutely great time staying at this apartment in the Domain. It was centrally located, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet and private for being in the middle of everything. “I booked an apartment a few days earlier which was not active, vrbo was fine to work with and issued a refund. This was intended to be a replacement for that fumbled rental. It was also a bad listing or scam. Never got ahold of the apartment manager and couldn’t check in. VRBO said they would give me information to handle a refund but have yet to do so. That’s 2 bad apartments in 2 attempts in 3 days. Vrbo needs to do a better job of managing their inventory and their refund process is so bad……

“The house is very well maintained and so cute! The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but the property is gated and felt very safe. There is an additional charge to heat the pool but we didn’t request that and it was still warm enough to swim in when we visited in March. My four teenaged daughters absolutely loved the decoration of the house and took pictures all throughout the property. The property has a microwave that opens like a drawer and the kids were thrilled with that. Everything was clean……

“Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. I'm sure it will continue to get better over time as little things get added by host. Good communication from host.”
