“Very clean and so many fun things to do at the house (ping pong, target throwing, jenga, cornhole, fire pit, hot tub, etc). We had a great time!”

“This was the cutest little place we could have picked to stay. Me and my husband are locals and we're getting away for one night for our anniversary while my mother babysat our kids. This was the perfect pick!!!This cottage has so much character and history. It was beautiful inside and out. The location was amazing. We walked over to downtown Round Rock in the evening. It was gorgeous! The only complaint we had was that there was a lot of noise from Main Street specifically in the morning but……

“We enjoyed our stay here!Comfortable and well stocked! Great patio with beautiful views. The 3rd bedroom was detached from the house and upstairs over the garage. It was fine for us and maybe states this in listing….not sure?Could be a problem with small children or in rainy weather…..Pickleball courts (2 or 3) were lighted at the Trailhead (or something club) and they were great….One court at the Beach club but not lit and surface a little damaged. Pools there at Beach Club were great!”

“very nice. Quiet and the pool is great.”

“We were alittle skeptical at first of the water front.. but knew it has been very common because of drought that water levels have been low.. but it was plenty deep for my kiddos to play and swim. The cottage was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and cold when we arrived. The kids enjoyed playing the games outside and I enjoyed sitting outside at night and watching the deer that made their way to the water… we caught fish and swam. One tip I can offer is to bring water shoes and folding……

“Property was excellent and easily served our needs. We came to visit famiy and we sure did! From a walk aroud the square with an ice cream cone in the dayight and a great glass of wine at night, the restaurants, shops and ambiience were first rate as was the house we stayed in. Charming, homey and well appointed, our trip was just terrific!”
