“This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. “The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves. We had to wash many of them before use. The……

“Super clean and cozy with everything you need readily available. We had 5 adults and 4 toddlers so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. There was a spacious living room with games and toys. The backyard was equipped with a paddle boat and life vests, a swing, and fire pit. It was my dream home! ”
