“The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves. “Super clean and cozy with everything you need readily available. We had 5 adults and 4 toddlers so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. There was a spacious living room with games and toys. The backyard was equipped with a paddle boat and life vests, a swing, and fire pit. It was my dream home! ”
