“This was the perfect house for my family. We all met here from various parts of the country for a weekend musical festival and the house and the owner were fantastic, we did not have a single issue and would be happy to stay here again! ”

“Great property. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House was in great shape, with it pretty much furnished from Ikea. Back yard was spacious, and it was nice having the pool. Justin always reached out to let us know if the pool was to be clean or the yardwork was going to be done. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something close enough to Austin, but far enough away from the chaos of the city.”

“We were in Georgetown for a wedding and wanted a place where we could stay with extended family. This home comfortably slept 8 of us and was less than a 10 min drive to all the festivities downtown. The house was very clean with lots personalized touches that made it feel cozy. The home had everything we needed and then some! Extra linens, plenty of towels, umbrellas, soap, shampoo, a fantastic coffee bar, well stocked kitchen (to include some complimentary snacks), boards games, books, even……

“The house is lovely, comfortable, and immaculate. The weather was perfect, so we were also able to enjoy being outdoors — coffee on the porch, breakfast at the picnic table, wine after dinner by the pool. And it was such fun to take gifts of carrots and apples to the very appreciative horses, pigs, and goat in the pasture behind the trees. A unique experience!”

“My husband and I planned a weekend trip with a large group of friends we had 19 people and we had PLENTY of rooms and beds in the house. The property was very nice and clean the pool was amazing. The owner communicated with us very well and the check in and out process was very easy. We all said we would book here again! Thank you for hosting us!!!”

“What a great place for large groups! The house was wonderfully updated and decorated, much nicer than any other rental I’ve stayed at. Lots of space for large groups, with 3 separate kitchens, washer/dryers, and refrigerators. Separate entrances for different areas. The only thing that threw us off was that the number/size of beds was not accurate in a couple of the rooms, which caused us to have to move people around, but there were plenty of beds for all.”

“Plenty of activities! Pickleball, basketball, pool table, volleyball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. My family agreed we would book this place again.The things that were bothersome:- very difficult to get replies from the host, evidently VRBO hast to contact another host called Evolve. A lot of money spent on this reservation and VRBO has to contact someone else to get answers. - The location on the VRBO website is incorrect and you will not find anything there on google maps.
